Training and Development

Annual Regulatory Training

Adler University is committed to supporting a respectful work environment free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Providing training on an annual basis is integral to increasing awareness of these important issues and helps in our effort to prevent harassment, discrimination, and harassment from occurring in our workplace.

Offering this training also ensures the University meet its respective regulatory obligations and commitments.

Every year, all employees and student workers are assigned two training modules through Vector LMS:

  • Preventing Harassment and Discrimination
  • Building Supportive Communities: Clery Act and Title IX.

To access these trainings, login to Vector LMS. All employees should expect to spend approximately two hours completing the training modules. Supervisory employees should expect to spend an additional hour completing the training for a total of approximately three hours.

We appreciate you completing this training and supporting our efforts to ensure that all members of our community can work and learn in an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
